Haiti Group Trip

Dates:  June 5 - June 12, 2010

Partner together with Eglise Communion De La Manne Evangelique D’Haiti, WI (Manna Fellowship Evangelical Church of Haiti) located in Petionville, which is about 20 minutes southeast of Port Au Prince. Your team will work alongside Pastor Wilson , a Haitian National who has been ministering to the people of Haiti for almost 30 years. His church in Petionville, which was severely damaged in the recent earthquake, has planted 6 satellite churches in some of the most impoverished and remote areas of the country. Your team will be involved in ministering to people in his church in Petionville through prayer and encouragement, clothing distribution, medical assistance.  You may also possibly travel to one of the satellite locations in Lartigue (Jacmel) where you will assist in construction work on the church and school building that was started. You will be blessed as you build friendships and share the love of Christ in a practical, hands-on way with the very precious people of this poorest country in the western hemisphere who have recently suffered such severe devastation.

Although not a requirement, anyone with medical, psychology or counseling backgrounds would be very helpful on this team.
