Ministry info
For the Nations incorporates the gospel message into everything they do. Gospel presentations and Bible lessons are a part of almost every program, event, meeting, and class, and share this news openly and lovingly to refugees—not once, but daily. They believe that kind, consistent repetition of the gospel in both word and deed is what God has called us to for His glory.
What teams will do
There will be a lot of opportunity to interact with the students one on one. In the early evening, teams will assist in the kids club outreach in the apartment complex that house many refugees. Kids club includes games, crafts, and sharing a bible message. Mission teams add greatly to the ministry by providing individualized attention to each student and building relationships with them.
Logistics
Teams will be staying at the FTN apartment. Teams should bring their own sleeping bags as you will camp out on the floor in separate bedrooms. Team will prepare their own meals at the apartment.
How do trips work at Touch the World?
In order to set up a short-term mission trip to any of our host locations, we require your team's participation in our 3-Day Missions Training Retreat.
Touch the World is a youth-focused missions organization specializing in training for short-term teams. We equip youth with an understanding of identity, culture, and mission that prepares them to live as sent disciples of Jesus in their everyday lives.
If your group is interested in training and trips, we'd love to connect with you! If you'd like to serve with one of our ministry partners, we'll help you decide which host location is the best fit for your group. To get started, submit an interest form!
