Hacienda El Refugio is an outdoor retreat center that is used for local groups to experience a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ through nature and outdoor adventure.

What Teams Will Do

Teams will serve the local communities that El Refugio partners with through outreach components that may include VBS at a local church or school, service projects in the community, or serving alongside their ministry partners in the Amazon jungle. Teams will also assist with various work projects at the retreat center.

Logistics 

We provide all inclusive resources that maximize your trip experience.

Your trip includes: 3-day Pre-trip training in the Poconos, PA, Resources (Devo Journal, Field Guide, Leader Guide, Parent Guide, Re-Entry Journal & Notebook), and all host fees including an excursion. Food, lodging and onsite transportation included.
